Default Joining the darkside very soon :-)

Just wanna let everyone know I should be joining the darkside pretty soon. Possibly 3 weeks tops and maybe another week just to make sure everything's ok then do install.

This is my planned setup. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I still need a manifold that will definately work with AC... FL is hot

Turbo Kit:
Garrett T-25 Turbocharger
Starion Intercooler
Apex'i Twin Chamber Blow Off Valve
>TEC Wastegate Assembly (6psi)
>Custom Manifold <-- SUGGESTIONS?
>JC Whitney Charge Pipes
>Custom Downpipe

Fuel System & Tuning::
DSM 450cc Injectors
88-91 Injector Resistor Box
Apex'i V-AFC
255lph Walbro Intank Fuel Pump
>RC Injector wire clips

Electronics & Gauges:
Greddy Turbo Timer
Autometer Sport-Comp A/F Ratio Gauge
Autometer Sport-Comp Boost Gauge
Autometer Dual Gauge Pod
>NGK BCPR7ES-11 Spark Plugs

Miscellaneous:
>Oil-line Kit & Fittings
>Gaskets, Vaccum hoses, silcone hoses, coolant lines, etc

Everything without the > next to it I've already bought. The TEC w/g assembly is a necessity because the stock w/g spring is 12psi and I heard the only way to change this is to get a whole new assembly. I need suggestions on the manifold and what fittings to use for oil lines etc. And also the best way to route the coolant lines to the turbo. Thanks all.

Marc

Kickass Marc you were able to pull this together faster than I did, I think your car will be a fun ride. You better get out here I wanna ride in it. I love quick spool torque. Better bring yours out to Cali.. (i dont think mine will make it, probably blow up... )

hehe... all good I'm only looking for a street performer/weekend track warrior. If I feel the need (well we all know i will)... I'll upgrade to a 16G (DSM T-25 = TD05H flange). VTC is running the 15g and he runs low 14's on street tires so I know the 16g would be good enough.

rofl... yah yah i know... but isn't a t-25 at 6psi pretty damn good for a street setup because of the quick spool. And I'm not planning on running much more than 10 at most on this turbo and at that level it still would be pretty efficient.

HKS turbo manifold. you can find them new for like 280-320 depending where. They utilize the T25 flange and is ac compatible.

yah I thought of that but DSM Garrett T-25's actually use a Mitsubishi flange. So they won't bolt up. I called HKS to verify this as well.
