ok so i test drove my newly installed turbo set up and i have two issues. my bov wont actuate and i cant boost past 6 psi with any spring in my wastegate.

 

wastegate flap isnt secured tight.
bov needs better vaccume.

i dont have any pics of the setup yet. but is it possible that i have a leak somewhere in my charging pipe and thats why it wont boost past a certain point.i would probally be able to listen for a leak but i am running an open dp for now and cant really hear anything over that.

 

with the right mechanic working on your car, anything is possible
