Default internal or external wastegate?

I dont know if I should convert to external wastegate on my TD05. I'm looking for 250whp on stock gsr. Probably 8-10psi.

well if you are happy with the boost you are running, and already have an internal gate, why swap out to an external? if it aint broke dont fix it. unless you want the bling factor. i used to run 30 psi on a te-32e with an internal gate on my buick.
