Re: ideas on turbo return line (pitoracing24)
run it down into a bung you can get welded on the oil pan. Not to be an ***, but if you cant run a return line, how long will ur turbo setup last?

you dont necessarily have to weld a bung onto the pan in order to run a return line....why risk warping the pan if you dont need to....just take the pan off, drill a hole slightly smaller than the fitting your going to use, tap the hole, and screw in the fitting with thread sealer.....just make sure you put the fitting huigh enough in the pan that clears the oil level line....and make sure where the fitting will protrude inside the pan, that it is not in the way of anything.

Re: ideas on turbo return line (Suck my DX)
i use an fittings on all my return and feed lines. i just cut the threads of a -8 fitting drill a hole and weld it on. best thing is that i dont have to worry about oil rotting the hose.

you can do that or just use a bulkhead fitting.
just make sure there are no sharp bends and is the straightest shot possible.
