I just dropped a turbo in and I'm drinkin gas like a V8! Is that normal?!?!?
Okay I just got a greddy turbo and I only get like barely 200 miles a tank on my SOHC 95Si. Is that normal? I don't get to throttle happy either. I still haven't gotten my NGK spark plugs for turbo, and I still have my after market all motor Web Cam. My fuel pressure is still at stock. I know we're supposed to burn rich when the turbo kicks in to prevent detonation. And I TRY not to floor it much. Hehe.

in the beginning, i tried to blow off at every shift i make..just to hear the sound..but i realized that i wasted so much fuel when i accelerated..
what i do is, try not to blow off at every shift and go easy on the gas...i have an autometer a/f ratio gauge..wat i try to do is to keep that thing boucing and not point to rich all the time

Haha. Yeah that's right...I just love to hear the sound of the blow off valve! I didn't know it took so much fuel? It's not always the shifting either, whenever you open up the throttle and slam the throttle shut it goes off. I can't help it, whenever I see someone starin at my ride I know they wanna hear the blow off valve! So I let them hear it. Maybe I should just drive like grandma and open up when I have too...Haha.

i got a few shitty gallons to the mile the first few weeks of driving.. but now i'm gettin almost normal mileage.. i dont want to kill this engine so i'm trying to take it extra easy when not racing or getting on it for a quick rush!

I think it is that damn greddy ecu... I got about 175 miles on a full tank. Shitty!!! However, now with my B18C1 and Drag Turbo kit setup I get about 240 miles out of a full tank. The Drag kit uses an FMU. Don't know if this is the reason but I can't complain.
