Default how to retard timing 10*

hi guys i got a stock gsr with a JRSC running 6 lbs. how do i retard the timing to 10* like the manual says. ive searched and came up with , the 10* retard is supposed to be under boost? and im not running ems still the fmu, i know i know, its my DD just want to get it running straight.

JRSC manual is wanting you to retard timing at the distributor.

If you search around there are tons of threads on setting / checking timing... so I won't even bore you with all that!

You can't physicaly retard the distributor that much.

i think they want you to retard it to 10* not a total of 10*

There is 5-6 degrees of adjustment They want it at 10 BTDC, stock is 16 BTDC. Unless its an OBDII car, he's cool.

He just said he has no managment (besides the JRSC FMU), so mechanically reducing his timing is his only option right now.
