Only thing I can think of is to cut the wastegate actuator in half and tap both sides one LHT and one RHT and put a adjusting sleeve in the middle to lengthin the rod? will that work? easier way?

My brother had the same problem when he clocked a similar turbo with an internal wastegate, and he had to just get an ebay external wastegate to be able to adjust the boost. Great question, your not suppose to be able to adjust the boost on an internal wastegate(a set boost level from factory).

This is exactly how you would do it. I believe ATP turbo sells a piece for just that usage.

Should be a nut on the actuator rod. Loosen it and LENGTHEN the rod. It will lower the boost.
