Hondata with measured 2.2-2.3v on a 2 or 3 bar map (dont know which) w/ignition on.

Hondata with measured 2.2-2.3v on a 2 or 3 bar map (dont know which) w/ignition on.
w/CEL code 3. I'm assuming that's 'bad' correct? It should read around 1.6v according to Hondata.
Would this cause my engine to not rev past 2k?

2.2 is right around a 2bar if im not mistaken and 1.5-1.6 for a 3bar, mine is around 1.58 i believe.

whew, I hope you are right. I'm praying that all I need is a 3bar map to solve my dang problem. The only thing that came out of this Hondata install last night is grease under my fingernails and a soldering iron burn on my arm. bleh
