highest pump gas numbers?
Well, let's see:
My own hatch (ls/vtec, 9.1 je pistons, eagle rods, stock 81mm bore, stock b16 head reving to 8400rpm, je intake manifold, neukin turbo manifold, PTE sc61), put down 419whp at 15psi on 93oct the last time i put it on the dyno (11 months ago).
Our white hatch (83mm Gsr, 9.1 c/p, PT67) made 478 at 15psi 93oct.
We got a grey hatch too (83mm gsr, 9.1 c/p, t4 pt67) 93oct boosting 15psi but creeping to 16-17psi at 8000rpms, i just street tuned it but ran 11.0@130 so i'm assuming high 400's too.
So, safe and reliable 400's on low oct is very easy to achieve with the right combination of parts and good tuning.
However, don't forget every engine is different, will react different, will have different knock tressholds, and will be efficiently different.

well today I got a chance to get the car back on the dyno. and I have to say that I am verry pleased with the outcome.

dam... 634whp on 92 octane!?!?! very impressive...
is that even possible?

i can see the dyno chart. i just found it hard to believe that it was on 92 octane.
nonetheless... impressive numbers

I will do around that on pure pump but will only make around 450whp.
I will do around that on pure pump but will only make around 450whp.
We could've broke 500whp on my car, but I was using 3-4 month old pump gas and my clutch had 0 miles on it, so it wouldn't hold anymore boost.
490whp @ 19psi, 93 oct. GT35R non-VTEC.
We may try for 22psi on some fresh 93.

I agree with the horsepower (and more importantly TORQUE...which people are forgetting to post
), but as far as PSI....I don't see too much of a problem. Anyone else?

those numbers on 92 octane is rediculously impressive, lol.
I got a built k20a2 with the same GT4088R turbo and was only able to get 421whp/310 lb tq on 91 octane before i ran into weird traction problems on a local dynojet (shitty tires wont hook up.. )
If upwards of 25+ psi is possible on pump gas on a GT4088R, i will have to question how conservative my tuner tuned the car.

Stefan (onefstek) tunes his own car. And it doesnt knock either.

ha ha, you guys crack me up. I knew that you guys wont belive me, but I can guarantee you that my car does not have any kind of injection to cool it down.
the intake temps were arownd 48* - 50* C and water temp was at 93* C.
and yes its all on 92 octane gas.
so if you guys don't belive me, then you are more than welcome to call the shop http://www.intecracing.com 253-872-0872 and ask anyone that works here, and they will tell you everything about my car.
