Default Help and tips on a B18a1 turbo build?

Want to start this thread off by saying thanks to anyone that will read this and give me some tips on boosting my car. I know the general idea of boosting but what I want is more insight on building a reliable and fast turbo car as far as internals and other parts that you all in the community recommend from what you know or from personal experience. I will be asking some questions from time to time when I run into certain questionable things that I need advice on.

I currently daily drive my only car, a 97 civic coupe with a b18a1 all converted to obd2. Not sure on the mileage of the car but it does burn oil from what I think are some valve seals gone bad. I want to be able to achieve somewhere around 350-450whp without sleeving the block and I also want to be able to revert back to obd2 for emissions easily since I live in NC.I will be removing my powersteering but do want to retain AC. I want to do a rod & piston combo (eagle rods and maybe some weiseco) for the build so no cheaping out on that. The question for me is what should I do as far as the head? I've been told that for the power I'm trying to achieve that stock valves will be fine and springs are the only thing that I should importantly consider. Can anyone back that up or valve springs and retainers and valves altogether? if so how does the Brian crower valve train compare to supertech. which of the two is better for my build?
Now on head gaskets, cometic, golden eagle or oem?
Recommendations on turbos? nothing to big or crazy

Any random POSITIVE input will gladly be accepted. I just want to make sure everything is done right.I have lots of time to ready your advice and research other things online, I WONT BE BOOSTING TILL AROUND MARCH AFTER MY EMISSIONS INSPECTION SO NOT IN A BIG RUSH

I did pick up an inline pro manifold and a treadstone intercooler for what I think was a good deal.

thanks, I've been mainly looking for parts on local forum sites and thought to make a post here. I quickly looked through a handfull of threads about people's certain turbo builds and what they had.

What I kind of want to no more about is personal experiences as far as building internals. What oem parts can handle. Which are recommended to upgrade. Mix of new oem parts for a build and aftermarket like the valve train parts to be more specific. Any good combinations, success or fail stories?
