ok i have already decided that i want to go the boost route in my ls i already have reseached the parts and everything so i know what i parts i want and what works together.
Now my question is, i want a turbo for my everyday driving experience. and a few kills on the street. (stock 5.0s) im not a track person. i will not be going to the track ever weekend. I dont want a super fast car. I want extra power while keeping my car as reilable as possible.

so should i sleeve my block with forged internals or keep the stock sleeves with forged internals. Or should i just bolt on a turbo kit and tune it. Regardless of the route the motor will be tuned with hondata s200b.

If reliability is the biggest issue, even more so than money, then of course you should build the block fully, but if you are running a safe amount of boost, i don't see a reason you shoul dhave to really do any internal work, but what do i know?

First off, turbo really isnt reliable. But if its what you want, and dont want a super fast car, then dont worry about building your motor. Just throw a nice simple turbo setup on there....tuned with hondata at 10psi and i guarentee you'll be happy with it. I'd only run something like a sc50 or sc32 with a .48 a/r since your only gonna be running 10psi and you have an LS which has a lower redline. This will give you good spool times and good power.
