Default help needed: idling problems with my b18c

i really need some help here guys,my car is idling really irratic and i cant seem to figure out why,my fuel system is perfectly fine,my injectors and my pump are working properly, what i am thinking is that my head gasket is blown and i dont know, cause im not overheating but im burning quite a bit of oil,and at morning start ups i see a lot of white smoke coming out my exhaust but it stops once the engine reaches to temperature, could it be possible that my gasket is blown ?

yes it could be possible that your headgasket is blown. it sounds like your piston rings could be shot also.

you should have the head pulled and have a look. i would recommend taking it to a shop /knowledgable friend if you havent done it before.

or at least follow the helms for the head removal and installation.
