Default HELP! civic si turbo

I'm trying to turbo my 1999 civic si, and I'm having problems, the boost gauge doesn't register anything and the bov does bo, and the wastegate will constantly dump everything out from the manifold. Everything is brand new (t3/t4 turbo, boost controller, fmu, bov, wastegate etc) but i cant get it to work, and I know it has something to do with the vaccum lines, can anyone help?

and they are in one loop from there to the fmu to the bov to the bottom port on the wastgate which is tied into the boost controller which goes to the top port of the wastegate

bummer to see an fmu used on that 99si, (nice car with a shitty part). But take some pics of all the lines and post them. It's gotta be somthin simple.

I'm guessing:
1.) No spring in the wastegate
or
2.) The firing ring is missing between the wastegate and wastegate flange

If exhaust gas is coming straight out of your wastegate dump tube all the time, there is something wrong with your wastegate or one of the things I mentioned above. The wastegate should stay shut until you reach the psi mark of whatever spring you have installed.

There's probably a leak somewhere in one of your charge pipes if it's not creating boost after fixing your wastegate.

You also mentioned something about not getting a vac. reading. Is your boost gauge reading 0 with the motor running - care to explain?

If it stays at 0 all the time, even at idle, then your boost gauge isn't hooked up properly or there is something wrong with the gauge itself. At idle, it should read ~18-20 hg of vac.

What are you using for a vac. source for the gauge? It should be somewhere on the intake manifold AFTER the throttlebody if it's not already.

What does that mean? We aren't following you. Between the FPR and Manifold? Can you be more specific? Something about that does not sound right.

everything is tapped on the vaccum line that runs from the fuel pressure regulator and the intake manifold
