if I make like 2 pulls at full boost or just drive around the highway. I will just floor it and it will build boost all the way till about 6k rpms then its like my turbo gets hit by a 18 wheeler, it just stops. It is fine before 6k. My setup is GReddy turbo, GReddy E-Manage, 370cc inj., Profec B, 2.5' DP. I havent heard any detonation, but then again I havent done a comp. test in about a month. What could it be! ?

 

What kind of fuel pump are you using?

 

what is your boost set at?

 

charge piping blew off?

 

Is this happening in every gear?

 

I'm using the same walbro pump that comes w/ the jackson racing supercharger kit for the 5gen preludes, the boost is normally set at 9psi, I'm pretty sure the charge pipe is still connected b/c I'm still building boost at lower rpms. This usually happens in 3rd or 4th I cant remember if its ever happend in 2nd. I have been running hella rich, as I am blowing black smoke out at WOT. . . if that helps any. . . and I have a 2000 Si.
