I was wondering what the **** mild-sharp does? I lost the manual a while back, and I have always kept the setting in the middle.

Another question....at high boost (10psi), my car hesitates alot on 4th gear, but at 8psi, it does not occur.
I have 450cc (venom) injectors and a vafc. I richened it up, but no matter how high, it still does it.

try adjusting you mild/sharp ****. turn it to the right so that its at about three o'clock. that helps control how fast your boost kicks in(so i'm told). why, i don't know. all i know is that if that sharpness isn't set just correctly, it will run like crap under full boost. play with that alittle. it should probably work good between 12 o'clock and 3.

that studder in boost sounds like your wastegate dumping out

jinx is right if you dont ...?spike into boost it wont dump out.

what waste gate do you have? i had a delta and it dumped out all the time...tial now and w/ a porfec you will be running well

i had a profecb in my cvar w/ the delat but i am running stock boost now so no controller needed. my point i know tuning you cintroller will help. keep in mind when tuning boost levels you must be in gear.

As for my wastegate...I have the HKS.

Today im going to get race gas at a local domestic speed shop and tune my car on rt.18. (Thats an open space where cops cannot hide...of course going to do it safely w/out any traffic.)

I went to the track today at Englishtown, NJ for the rained out NHRA event. I put my profec B (mild-sharp) **** at 3 o'clock and the car ran real well. My first pass was a 12.0@114 (10psi).

Then I had some trouble with hesitation again. My next pass, on 4th above 6k, the car started to hesitate again. I ran a 12.2@111. However, my 1/8th mph was 93, four mph better than my 12.0 run. Still cant figure out why it's hesitating.
