Default turbosmart dual stage boost controller problems!

I searched so don't tell me to!

Well I am having an issue with the low boost side. I have the boost set around 10-11 and it holds boost fine when I load the motor, but when I shift gears it falls off then only climbs to around 3 psi. I can hear the wastegate dumping exhuast out so I know it is sticking open. I have the low boost dial **** turned almost all the way in. On the second hand on the high boost setting (15 psi) works perfectly, after I shift it is dead on 15 psi as soon as I am full throttle.

p.s. setup : 84mm LS/VTEC, Inline pro manifold, tial 38mm, SC61, 3" DP

I had alot of problems with mine... Spiking a LOT in lower gears, and creeping a LOT in higher gears... I had it set around 14 psi on the low side, and I was hitting boost cut at 20psi as the boost was still climbing... I know others have had great luck with them, but I havent... I put my boys SBC-id on the car, and it works flawlessly...

Do you have any vacuum lines tee'd in there? Just make sure it has its own dedicated vacuum source with nothing else tee'd in.
