ok i have an SSauto manifold and t3t4 turbo, TIAL wastegate, 2.5" IC piping, greddy type-s BOV, when i first put it 2gether, it would stay at 6lbs all the time, then i blew a hole in one of my home depot couplings so i ordered silicone reinforced ones, and now it stays at 6lbs til vtec hits then climbs to 10-11 lbs, and it has a 6lb spring in it. if anyone has ANY idea what this could be, please help me, ive checked all the hoses, pipes, fittings, everything i can think of, only other thing would be to switch wastegates

 

check the manifold for cracks

 

What size wastegate? Maybe it's not flowing enough. Do you have the dumptube routed to the atmosphere?

 

its a 35 or 38mm tial, and yes its open wastegate
