Default Full-Race TURBO Install COMPLETE!!!! but a few little problems...

Specs:

99 Honda Civic Si

Full-Race turbo kit
RC 550cc injectors
p28 chipped ecu/hondata s200b
open downpipe

car started right up, and I let it idle for about 20-25 mintues to check for leaks and to see how it ran. No leaks and it idled well. I took it for a spin to see how it was and Once I hit Vtec, I hit fuel cut off and the car stopped excellerating. A check engine light came on at the same time, and then shut off right after it slowed down. now my secondary O2 is not hooked up to the exhaust because It doesn't reach and there is no bung for it (on exhaust coming)

Is this why it hit fuel cut off? or is my rev limiter in the s200b set for 5500? I'm not sure what the deal is. any info?

How much psi? Are you using the stock MAP sensor?

I doubt it's O2 sensor. My secondary O2 sensor is bad and I can still hit VTEC/boost all the way to 8200 with no problems.

I'm using the 7psi spring that came with the kit. It's not over 11 I know that much. I think it's the hondata as well. I don't have any way to adjust it right now, so I guess I'll have to wait.

secondary o2 is for monitoring the cat.,it has nothing to do with engine performence.sounds like your rev limiter needs to be set higher.

thanks, I think it's either the rev limiter like you all said or the boost cut off...

I put the boost cut at 5psi. This ensures that people cannot boost on basemaps. I should have forwarned you.

I wouldn't be boosting much on a startup/base map to begin with.
