Default Hondata require O2 sensor?

Im re-doing my engine wiring harness, I have already removed the primary and secondary O2 plugs (HX Model) I have not used an O2 sensor in years ever since I jumped on the chipped p28 bandwagon. When I install my turbo kit I will be running a Hondata ECU will it need any type of O2 input??

Nope. You can use your wideband as an input if you still want to run closed loop.

Thanks I have not decided on the wide band thing yet. Still up in the air on that. Tuner has his own, but I might decide to get one for my own peace of mind.

My gauge pod supports 2 gauges, should I ditch my oil pressure or get another pod?

It doesn't need to if tuned properly. It just runs in open loop all the time. Obd1 closed loop is not very good anyway. My afrs are much more stable in open loop.

yea thanks I was kinda leaning towards that. Just didn't want to run a pillar pod. I currently have the dual gauge pod. I guess ill have to add a single pillar pod

Its good when it works. The o2 on mine is failing. I think from the system being on without the car being on (need to add a switch so I can shut it off when I have ign on)

But up till it started acting up it was dead on perfect

Boost gauge isn't really nessesary. A wideband is a must for boosted application. Even with a great tune air density changes. Temps change through the seasons and corrections will most likely need adjustments. How are you going to even know that without the wideband displaying your a/f ratios. It's 200 bucks for a PLX wideband. Invest it one.
