timing was left alone i'm still wating on my e-mail from the dyno. i'lll post all info once i get the file,(dyno jet). later..
also what would be wrong w/ my setup if i'm only running 244whp @ 15psi?
we only did 2 runs at 15psi, and 244 was the best run yet, i'm sure w/ more tunning(time AF) i would of pushed more.

i have the same exact set up as u. revhard kit on a stockblock/head LS motor. i have no cat and a good exhaust. @ 7psi I made 210/185 w/ a 12:1 a/f and -4 degrees of timing. @ 12psi I made 274/237(here is the dyno http://www.turbomafia.com/Arturbo/dynos/DIRep_dyno.jpg ) w/ a 11.5:1 a/f and -7 deg of timing. u have the same set up and make the same power at 7psi yet @ 15psi u make 30 less hp then me on 12psi. @ 15psi w/ stock timing u should be over 300whp. I DO NOT have a freak motor, these #'s have been duplicated or better 5 times on this site by me, mase, DragLS, LSturbo91, and boostaholic. i am not busting ur chops on the #'s, i am trying to help u figure out whats bottlenecking ur set up. only things i can think of is its ur a/f ratio(u say u tuned on wideband, well what was the a/f?), its possible u could have detonation and not know it, or maybe the boost gauge wasnt really reading 15psi. or if ur running a cat(u didnt answer earlier) that would cause alot of backpressure and not allow u to continue to make power up in high boost.

Who is your tuner? Are you using a BTM? Sometimes a btm will put a "ceiling" effect on a dyno chart.
Good luck

yeah timing will always make power as long as your not getting any pinging. I can see how you ran that much timing, i am up at 32 degrees at 26 psi on a 10.2:1 Ls motor. I think the turbo jsut ran out of breath.
could be his exhaust...
i made 220 whp/ 210 ft-lb torque on a t3t04b @ 10 psi
i'm limited by my 2.25" stock type r exhaust system and 2.25" carsound cat
i was told that with a bigger exhaust i could see some major gains
something is definitely limiting YOUR setup too, look at direp's evidence

first of all,i said it "COULD BE" rich.second,if he is using a 12:1 fmu with that setup, there is a very good chance that it is rich at that boost level.that is the same exact setup i used to have and it was pig rich at anything below 18psi.it really didn't run good until 22 psi.the problem was that it maxed out the pressure that the pump could produce very early so for a low boost level,it would not be able to burn all of the fuel.at high boost however,it would be at the same fuel pressure(pump was maxed out) and would be able to burn the fuel.
yes, DIRep427 has one bad *** turbo LS, you should listen to him...now what were your a/f ratios??? and I know the man who tuned it (DIRep427 's)
