Awesome dyno results, t4/60-1, 2.0l block
finally got the car to a dyno yesterday. running a haltech and the car was running unbelievably rich that the plugs would get fouled in a matter of 2-3 starts of the car. i'd leave a smoke screan behind me like i was playing spy hunter back in the day.
anyway, the car only had 2 official dyno runs. all other dyno time was for air/fuel with a wideband and partial throttle response. will go in another month for some serious tuning at 20psi.
the car is still running slightly rich at my request. cam gears have yet to be touched and the tune is very, very conservative. i was guaranteed 500whp the next time around on c16 and 20psi.
93octane, 12 psi
344whp, 273lbs. tq.
the motor is at roughly 335whp already at 6500-6700rpm. the rev-limiter is set to 8500rpm for now. if he had some more time the car could have easily went 380whp+ at 12psi.
very pleased for now. absolutely no traction in any gear with my itr tranny. spinning 1-2-3 and partially into 4th, but had to get off it.
gotta love boost.

Re: Awesome dyno results, t4/60-1, 2.0l block (631 Teggy)
haltech e6k
ported b16 head with itr cams
ls block
dart sleeves
wiseco 9:5:1
crower rods
jg intake manifold
kooks equal length
full turbo back 3inch
t4/60-1
aeromotive pump
850cc injectors
itr tranny, kaaz lsd
msd
yadda, yadda, yadda
i may have to take a lesson from motormatrix and run some 245/50r16's up front. there is absolutely no traction. i guess the 20-30 degree weather doesn't help either.

I beleive you can get 500whp, I made 370whp at 14-15psi tuning up to 25psi which made 500whp. Congrats on your #s and good luck on getting 500.
we made 510 on my car with similar set up @ around 24 - 25 lbs of boost on a 1.8 liter gsr. you have alot more power in that car than you think. i'm guessing 550+ to the wheels with those injectors and your set up tuned correctly. good luck.

congratulations on the #'s!!! throw some 245/50/16's on and it'll hook in 2nd and 3rd with that power. anything over 450 it will get harder in 2nd to hook.

I drive on those tires everywhere. i raised the coilovers up a bit and they dont rub at all. you can turn the wheel 80% of the way also. it all depends on how bad you want your car to hook. when you have over 400whp on a street car you have to give up some of the luxeries!!

i'm not really going for all out whp figures. but to tell you the truth, since i'm so close to it, i just want to see what the car will do. i know i won't ever use 500whp on the street, but it would just be nice to see it pump out that kind of power.
i'm running some puny 205/50r15's right now. but i'm in the market for the 245/5016's. the car isn't set-up to be a daily or road racing champ so that takes care of that.
the car made 450whp at 18psi on the old set-up with a stock bored ls block. since then i'm 84.5mm, jg manifold, bigger injectors so it should put me somewhere close to 500whp.
i'd love to scan the sheet of the dyno. if anyone near northern jersey/nyc can do this for me, i'd be glad to meet with anyone.

A buddy of mine was running an itr trany on his turbocharged b18c5, his traction sucked and he would go through gears fast as hell. Those are some good numbers though Im curious as well, how is your spool up time? Thanks.

yea, that things gonna be nasty once it gets tuned better. I made 326whp on my 2.0 block on 10psi with a fmu setup. Good Numbers

Great numbers! You will have no problem making 500whp at 21psi on that 2.0L 84.5mm block. I'm looking to make the 500whp this weekend so I can run it at test and tune night, but I'm going to try to make it on 81mm bore.
Do i smell a friendly race coming to a strip near you??
heheh
