Default Exhuast leak from head to turbo manifold

So i went to get my car dyno tuned about two weeks ago, the car didnt make the power that i expected it to. I made 205whp and 190wtq at 8.6 psi, 250whp and 235 wtq at 16 psi on a Mustang dyno. My set-up include:

b18b1
Stock head
Arp headstud
9.5 wesico piston
eagles rod
Oem bearing
Oem timing belt
Oem water and oil pump
Clutchmaster Stage 3 clutch
BMC race log manifold and 3 inch downpipe
Precision SC34 .86 a/r

The number is definitely low for my set-up and i found out why, I have a huge exhuast leak from the head to the manifold (leak at the turbo manifold flange). I will be fixing that in a fews day and what im wondering is, would i need a retune if i get rid of the exhuast leak? I believe it fair to believe i should me making about 300whp at 16 psi. If i dont get a retune, i will be running leaner than i am now?
