What Size Turbo would you guys recommend for my engine?
ive tried searching but i havent found any decent information pertaining to it.
i have a d16y8 thats built. the head is completely rebuilt with oem replacement parts, the block has 9.5.1 75.5mm teflon coated Wiseco pistons and rings, Cometic turbo head gasket, ACL bearings, ARP rod and Head studs, its bored 20 over, Tuner toys I-beam rods.
i am currently running a log manifold with a 14b, my manifold has recently cracked so im going to get a new manifold and upgrade my turbo but im not sure on what size to get. thanks for the input...

57 or 60 trim T3/T04E.
Very cost effective turbo for what sounds like are going to be your goals (300+WHP).

hp goals and what the car will be used for will help someone suggest a turbo for you. list these things and someone will give you a better answer. GL.

So would a GT32 for the D-Series at that hp as well. Especially for the hp and response he's looking for.

Yeah upgrade that mani and then get ahold of a ported and clipped 16g. Theres a big diff. in cfm but not a huge change in lag time and cost is still cheaper than buying alot of
other co. turbos. Im getting ready to throw 1 on my 4x4toyota truck and have built a few kits around mitsu turbos.

What A/R should i get.... say a 57 trim t3/t04E in a .48 or .63 a/r? i have no clue what that means anyways... im not a noob to boosting building cars... but damn turbos are complicated and im not trying to drop a wad on something without getting exactly what i want.
