Does this seem right for power???
STD Vatara Pistons
Eagle Rods
Arp rod bolts
Arp Head Studs
OEM Honda Head Gasket
Ported Head
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
680cc Injectors
Ported LS Throttle Body
2.5" IC piping
Big FMIC
T3/t04 60 trim AR.48 Turbo
Custom Ram Turbo Manifold
255hp Fuel Pump
Dual Core
Full 3" Exhuaust
3 Bar MAP
Thats my build and went to get it tuned... well at 10 psi i only made 170 whp.... is this normal... i got a 1bar spring coming but was curious if there is something wrong with my setup... i thought it would make more power at that boost level...
The manifold is designed for a b-series but i drilled it out to fit my d... ports line up pretty decent tho... Let me know what it could be???

that is terrible power for your set up, why did you cheap out at the last minute on the manifold? it probably flows like ****. get a manifold made for that head and see what it does for you.

That seems way low... I was making more than 180 on a GT28 at 6 psi.
What was reading boost? First time I had it tuned, my gauge was reading 10, but the dyno was reading the vac line to the BOV, which turned out to be leaking and it was only actually making 5.5... why the difference, I dont know.... but I'd start looking for a boost leak.

Re: (Boilermaker1)
if your tuning a car, you sould be using nothing other than the MAP sensor (data logging) to determine what the boost level is.
most gauges are crap. hell the tach in my car is 1000 rpm off at 10500 rpm.
@ 38 psi the boost gauge swings beween 35 and 45-50 like the needles going to break off.
i cant count how many cars ive done where the boost gauge reads one thing, the boost controller reads another, and the map sensor is another number.

ill pull my manifold off tomorrow and line the gasket up and see how far off my holes are... its should tell me if thats the reason for such low numbers... and the only reason i ran this manifold is b/c i had a similar setup before and it cooked
