Default Electric Oil Pressure Guage

Ok, i'm almost done with my Drag 3 install, just installing the guages, and the VAFC, now i have the T where the OPS hooks to the back of the block, and i have the oil feed running off one side, and my electric oil pressure sender hooked to the other, and i've heard of people running without an OPS, im just curious will it be ok, or will i get CEL's ??

TIA

the oil pressure sensor will not throw a code when unhooked. It only makes the light go off on your dash when the oil pressure is really low. If you have a gauge, and you monitor it regularly, you could just leave the sensor unhooked.

ok, so if the light inside bothers me, i could just take the bulb out right? Then i would just need to watch the guage in the car.
