It's not the top of the injector that's the problem. It's the diameter of the metal oart of the injector where it fits into the big rubber bumper just above the plastic part where the pintle is. It's too big around to fit into the bumper and have the bumber fit into the manifold. You can squeeze fit it like I did (used a little grease and setp torqued the fuel rail) or bore them out like RioNinja did. The RC injector is supposed to sit on top of the bumper, not fit inside it so there is no problem there.

As far as the clips I have heard that OBD2 clips will not fit even after trimming the tabs off but my OBD1 clips fit after trimming the tabs off.

this i really confusing, i know what im doing, but when i read all of the posts, there are people saying itll fit, it wont. The use of the word, o-ring as well. Please use the word, gromet(for the lower seal). when you talk about trimming the o-ring, i think, "how is that possible, its so small?"
