Stock injector seals for your car (Get from dealership). You'll have to either:

A. Dremel them out a little bit for the DSM 450cc's to fit in them and seal correctly.
B. Put them on the fuel rail, and tighten the hell out of them and hope they seal.

fits perfectly, if a little snug in my Y8 manifold.

damnit tony... do u need me to help u with it... sheesh. just get the lower seals from honda and use the upper ones from ur old injectors. jam the injectors into the fuel rail, put the lower seals into the manifold. then line them all up and tighten it from side to side (like 2 turns one side then 2 turns on the other side). if you really need help, i'm bored i WILL drive the 30+ miles to help... i like workin on cars . especially when I done did it (and snapped my fuel rail bolt). oh yah... don't overtighten hehe.

I took all the power wires to the injectors and combined them and ran them to the red wire fromt he resister pack, and then the black wires from the resistor pack go back to the injectors.

I used faucet washers from Menard's. Works fine for me and cost $0.59 compared to that $3-4 **** that Honda will charge you. I've been there.

The injector will be fine without the pintile cap. Just don't drop it. You'll probably need to bore out the inside of the honda seal there so it will fit into the honda manifold.

you dont have to bored them out. i asked liam821 the other day when I was putting mine in. just put the injectors in the rail and line them up, then put the seals in the manifold, lube the injector bodies up w/ a lil vaseline and then line up the whole rail/injector assembly, and gradually tighten in down (a few turns on one side, then a few turns on the other, back n forth... don't tighted one whole side down at a time). worked for me.
