Default Did a bunch of tests, and still no boost.

I just finished installing a pieced together turbo kit on a y7/y8 mini-me, everything went......sorta fine (not really but that is besides this point). I checked all the welds on the intecooler piping and they are fine. I took the car out for a test drive and in first gear it boosted 10 pounds then I heard a pop and the engine wouldn't boost anymore.

I figured it was a boost leak and went back and checked all the couplings with my compressor and they are all fine. So, I shot about 100PSI of air through the compressor side of the turbo and looked at the boost guage and it read 0. Then I pulled off the outlet pipe on the intercooler and shot some air through the turbo again and I could feel the air coming through. Then I shot air through the pipe from the outlet of the intercooler to the TB and it reads 5pounds.

All the holes are plugged on the intake manifold, all the vaccuum lines are run correctly. I checked the WG and BOV and they are both fine.

Anyone know what is wrong?

Set-up:
y7/y8 mini-me
chipped ECU with basic uberdata tune
basic map sensor
old *** ford T-Bird turbo
JRC intercooler 2.5 in/out
Tial 38mm WG
Blitz BOV
450cc injectors

Sorry for the long post but this has been bugging me ALL DAMN DAY! I want this car gone!

Has to be a hole somewhere from your TB to your intake manifold. Listen for leaks..if your testing with 100psi for sure you'll be able to hear it leak somewhere...
