Default Anyone having problems with the Profec-S?

I have been using the Greddy Profec-S for a few months now with no problems, until now. I have been running between 12-14psi with it wich on the low boost setting is only a tad more that 1/4 way up. Well i put in a new map yesterday and turned it up to halfway, the car hit 18psi for a second then went down to 10 and held, ok wtf? So i turn it off and it holds 9psi off the spring, turn it back on and only 10psi, so i turn the low boost **** all the way up(on my friends car that is 23.5 psi) and it goes to 14psi and holds. Ok so now i decide to try the highboost ****, the manual says that high boost all the way down should be about 2-3psi less than low boost all the way up, switch to high boost and it holds 11.5psi. I start turning up high boost and at half way up its holding 16psi, i then turn it up to 3/4 of the way up and that gets me 18psi solid. According to the manual it is working right but not producing the right boost. Has anyone else had this problem or know someone who has? I have checked and rechecked all my vacuum lines, couplers, everything i can imagine and everything on the car looks perfect, i really need to figure this out.
