It depends on who you use but i know two guys that run about $500 or so(plus dyno time) and are great tuners. Also the few local shops that i have been to charge about that as well but you want to make sure the tuner is good.

you mean 500$ for the complete tuning... doen't metter how long it takes? (plus dyno time, thats clear)

is there a difference in costs per hour if i get a roadtuned od dyno tuned setup?
dyno time is extra, thats clear in most cases... but i mean the costs per hour if its not a flatrate.

Thanks
Malte.

Jeff Evans charged me $460 for dyno, street, and a set of plugs. I have uberdata. I think hondata was $400. That was early september, prices may have went up since then. .

Thats just a rough figure but if all goes well a person that charges flat rate generally are in that range. An example is Mase has a tuning session in SoCal for:

$300 for a full street tune
$75 per/hr. for dyno tuning

That is probably a group rate but you get the idea. Most places charge by the hour around here and i would say that is because no car is the same. And there seems to be issues sometimes like i had which prevented my tune from getting finished. So your better off trying to find someone that has a good reputation with Honda's so it gets done right the first time and money well spent.

Dyno tune around here is about $100 an hour. It's cheaper if more people come, so i usually get with a few friends and we all tune together and get a bulk price. But for just dyno pulls to get HP numbers, it's around $50-75.

Expect to pay between 125-200/hr depending on how good, what you are using to tune, and the shops reputation
