Cometic HG Help
I was about to order a Cometic HG for my Z6 but when I went to select the bore the smallest they offered was .5mm larger than the stock bore. The tech said that wouldnt matter, but I just wanted to double check. Can I run a 75.5mm HG on a 75mm block?

No problem at all with using a 75.5mm with your 75mm bore. Plenty of meat in that area.
Now if it was a 75mm gasket on a 75.5mm bore, that could be a problem.
