I'm just boreing out my Y8 block to a 75.50 mm (0.020), are there companies that make sprecific head gaskets for this, or can a cometic gasket be trimed to whatever bore you have?

 

if you're just going .020 over, you really don't need to resize the gasket. Many has run a stock B series (81mm) on a .020 over bore and ran without a problem. With that small of a difference, it may cause more problem getting it match than just leaving it alone.
