BOV rattles
Just finished getting my car back together and am now chasing down the demons. One of them is the BOV rattles at idle. Any clue what it could be?
Details,
-Tial 50mm BOV
-Less than 2k miles on it
-Vacuum source is from the port on the intake manifold from where the PCV valve hose used to connect on the front
The BOV valve does stay completely open at idle. If you blip the throttle it will move the valve.
I used to use the nipple on the back of the IM for where the cruise control was hooked up to and it was fine. I just used a bigger hose and am running it off the aforementioned spot now (where the PCV used to be). Now i get a obnoxious rattle.

Re: BOV rattles
I have the softest spring in it now (Black One) which is 6psi. I am going to change it out to the 11psi one which I think should work. Its just 2 steps above the one I currently have.
