Default need some help...tial bov..serached...please im worried

got my turbo kit put on with a tial bov
the bov is teed onto the oem fpr with the boost gauge
im getting a fluttering noise...some people i talk to say its the bov getting broken in..some say its surge..which worries the **** out of me
i thought maybe the bov didnt have enough vacuum so i tapped into another line on the manifold and the valve stayed open even during boost...i made no power whatsoever
so i put it back to how it was and still have this fluttering...
the 9 psi spring is in the bov
im running 4 psi from 2900-6400 and 8 psi from 6500-redline...long story
can anyone please help me out?????!!!?!?!?!

When you say 9 psi spring, are you sure you are not tlaking about the waste gate, not the bov? There is no adjusting screw on teh BOV like there is on a Greddy. If you can, tee off the brake booser after the check valve (so in between the brake booster and the intak manifold)Run a reinforced 6mm (min) to the "body" of the WG. Run a reinforced 4mm (min) hose the the BOV. Also make sure that the brown round gasket was installed corecttly on the BOV flange.

im talking about the bov...im worried to tee off the brake booster...and looks like ill need a big tee and vauum line...im just hearing flutter...is it compressor surge? or is the valve just not functioning right because of lack of vacuum etc

ran a larger line tonight...even just the bov itself on the oem fpr and still flutter...does this definently mean surge?
