B16 JRSC won't idle
Hi everyone, I have b16 with a jrsc that is in a EM1. I am trying to get the car to idle on the stock OBD2B ecu. I have stock injectors and just put back in the stock fuel pump. The engine will start and idle but once it warms up and I give it a few revs it will no longer idle it just dies every time.ni am doing this so i can get it to pass emissions. Any suggestions?

Stock ecu can't see positive pressure at the map sensor. It will cut power and put the car into limp mode. As soon as you tap the gas the supercharger is generating some amount of positive pressure.
You need to wire the bypass on the intake plenum open so the supercharger can't create positive pressure. Even then you need to drive it gently because at high rpm/high load it could still create a small amount of positive pressure. You can't go around boosting on a stock ecu. Not only will it throw a code and put the car into limp mode but you'll also have to start the readiness tests all over before you can pass emissions but the more serious thing is damaging the motor due to it running dangerously lean with too much ignition advance. You could melt a piston, break a ringland, etc.

Zip Tie the Bypass valve open on the JRSC, Run stock injectors, Run P2T ECU in the car. drive for like a week, should pass emissions fine. ALSO next time search, this has been discussed numerous times in the JRSC Thread!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: B16 JRSC won't idle
Thanks for the comments guys, but the bypass valve was already zip tied open. Had my friend come over that's one of the smartest guys I know. We hooked the car up to his super expensive scan tool and still couldn't figure it.
The short term fuel trim kept adding fuel until it was 25% rich.
Any suggestions?

No I'm running stock injectors and fuel pump. The set up should start run and drive at light loads like OEM but the engine runs extreamly rough ill make a video shortly

Yes MAP sensor was on correct wires. We verified that physically and with the scan tool. I plugged it into a remote MAP and with the MAP on the throttle body. Swapping out the engine harness as we speak to see if that fixes the problem. Will do a compression tests as well.

Are you just putting the supercharger on the car or did it run before on a tuned Ecu?
If you just installed the charger then you should check for vacuum leaks, inspect the Jackson manifold, they are known to crack. How is the charger mounted to the manifold? Paper gasket or Hondabond?
Have you checked your IACV yet? You stated that you checked your MAP/TPS sensor plugs so you can rule that out.
I think the big question is whether or not it ran correctly to begin with
