Default BOV problem

Hey everyone...I have 04 ex boost'd I used to have the fake greddy rs bov...but it was messed up and would not go off half the time...so I bought a fake ssqv...the ssqv goes off and sounds nice, but the car is now slower. It is having trouble getting upto 6 psi. But before it would get to 6 psi at about 4500-5000 rpms...now at 7000 (redline) It maybe is making it to 4 psi...

I think the BOV is leaking early and making it hard to build up the presure...if this is what you guys think what options do I have...New BOV....there is no screw to adjust it...so I dont know..Help me out

^that makes too much sense... Buy a real one or take your fakies apart and try to improve them.

mid atlantic pwnage yet again haha

seriously, you got a fake to fix a fake? how much have you spent on it? you can find use BOV's for $100. and youd still have to pay to have the correct flanges welded on to fit each type of BOV
