Would mr.gasket 77 exhaust gasket.maker work??

 

it might, but the high temps that turbo manifolds and housings get, I wouldn't trust it

mr gasket should make a reusable copper exhaust manifold gasket, I have one on my sr20 and its survived hell, although they aren't cheap. I would see if they offer turbine inlet flange gaskets

if not, a good MLS gasket for the head->manifold and manifold -> head

as far as the turbine outlet gasket, look online for one, or go to your local gm dealer and talk to service and parts to get one... you can also send the gasket to a number of companies who can cut flanges from the gasket

 

I went to the gm dealer and the guy I talked to think there wasn't a gasket made for that.... He can't find it on his computer at all

 

Just make your own. If you have to, have a machine shop cut you one and bead roll a lip. OR do like some and don't use a gasket...

 

I got a buddy if mine taking my turbo and going to cnc I down pipe flange for me so its nice and true and ill probably make a gasket out of copper. My work sells sheets of copper shimms that should work. How thick should the copper be?
