Hi,
in 2ktegs maxrev deal, u get a turbo (garrett) of ur choice. i'm not sure of which spec to pick, i am looking for a turbo with good midrange, but not too small as to make enuf power. i run on road courses, so i need an early spooling turbo, i was recommended a 57 trim with .63 ar...supposedly full spool at 3500 or so. does any one have any other suggestions? also does anyone know the max boost and hp potential of a mitsu td05 18g turbo? thanx

u cant put the 18g on a t3 manifold

get the t3/t04 he suggested to you

i had that turbo ... 57 trim .63 a/r. with a 3" exhaust, i hit full boost at about 3600 rpm but i didn't feel that turbo "kick" till about 6k rpm. pulls very hard in upper rpm's but that lag time between full boost and "kick" just drove me insane. i know the boost guage doesn't lie when it says i'm maxed @ 6.5psi at 3600rpm but the back-against-the-seat feeling didn't come for another 2k rpm.

it's a fun turbo on the freeway but since i do so much street driving, a smaller turbo that spools quicker would have suited me better.

haha i know that...i meant as in considering the greddy kit. i also am considering the greddy cuz u dont need to shave the block but if the t3/t04 is really suitable then i'll consider it.

what about the 60 trim with the .48 a/r
will that spool faster????
i need to know to whats good for motley street driving
and race about once or twice a month
this for my torqless b16a
any info would be awsome

the .48 should suit you, but the topend will choke a little.
