um... if you have a 7 psi spring, it should not go past 7 psi. Check your wastegate vaccum. And make sure that you actually out the vaccum hose in the right valve and not the vant valve for the boost controller.

if its a 7psi spring u might have your gauge connected to a wrong vacuum source dick around with it and try afew different vacuum lines see what happens

better yet, make it simple for yourself. Run your wastgate, bov, and boost gauge off of your brake booster if you have not already. Just takes three t fittings and a dozen hose clamps.

Make sure that you did not get a .7 bar, that is a 10 PSI spring. If it is a big yellow, than that is what you got.

you may be getting boost creep depending on where your wastegate is located on the manifold.

Make sure that the vaccum/boost lines going to and from the boost controller are the right ones going in the correct direction. I've read that if you mix these two up, the boost will go to whatever. You need it going the right direction for it to work properly. You want the line to go from the compressor side of the turbo to the bottom of the controller, and the other line going from the connection on the side of the controller to the wastegate. Just an idea to double check
