Default boost problem and vacuum source

Ok first off, let me say i searched a lot and i am getting mixed answers everywhere.

I am having boost problems, i am creeping boost. Right now i have a T off the brake booster then i have a T off that line to go to the wastegate and BOV. Is this a problem for me? I've been thinking about tapping my turbo and running my wastegate vac soure from there, but some people don't recomend that. So basically i am wanting to know where is the proper place for my vac source for my wastegate so i don't creep. Tap the turbo or run GE vacuum box? Any help is appreciated.

full-race, 44mm, 3 psi spring...7psi spring was in in before and it creeped up to 10+ but boost cut hit, then we put 3 psi spring in and it creeps to 6.

With that setup its normal to creep at low boost (same as mine) , i have the 7 psi spring at it creeps to 9.5, u could try the GE vaccum mani but it will prolly creep too.
Check your vaccum line for leaks though.
