Default Boost bug bit me hard....need more power!!

I have a 99 GSR turbo right now...it was/is my first attempt at a turbo set up and is pretty basic. I had it dynoed on 9psi where it made 274.9whp and 194.4wtq.

I need more......plain and simple.

My question is....what can i do to make it faster? Where should i start?

My Setup:
1999 stock block GSR engine (62,500miles)
SPoolin performance log manifold (ac friendly)
2.5" dp and exhaust
T3/T04E 60 trim .63ar
38mm Tial WG w/ 10psi spring
Tial 50mm BOV
RC550 injectors
2.5" charge piping
HP Racing Intake manifold
31x6x3 IC
Crome chipped P28
Exedy Stage 2 clutch w/ ACT 11lb fly

What do i do to make more power?? Originally i thought of just building the engine and raising the boost, but i'm open to suggestions from those who know more than i do.....Thanks in advance!!

Upgrade the exhaust system, ramhorn/top mount header should improve top end, and a 3" DP with 3" exhaust will definately help with a few ponies and will help your engine breath. Tune the car again at 12psi, and you should break the 300whp mark, and if you upgraded the full exhaust, you will see a much greater improvement(HP).

Also, if you don't already, a boost controller will definately help out the cause.

Increase boost....There is absolutely no reason to tear apart everything to gain more power. Just know in the back of your head that by increasing boost pressure your margin of error narrows very quickly. If you don't have a very good tuner that knows what is up, then you will blow the engine quickly.

I say to turn up the boost, have a good tune and upgrade to a 3" exhaust and downpipe and then later on sleeve and build for more
