Default Estimates before i hit the dyno.......3 weeks and counting

I have a stock block 1999 Acura Integra GSR w/ 58,xxx miles on it....the set up is as follows:

SPoolin Performance log manifold (AC compatible)
RLD Fab 2.5" AC compatible downpipe
RLD Fab 1.5" open dumptube
T3/T04E Garrett 60 trim .63 AR Stage 3 exhaust wheel
Tial 38mm Wastegate 10psi spring
Turbo XS RFL BOV
CCFab's own 2.5" IC piping (from the party girl car)
Tbolts of course....
2.5" full exhaust built by myself
CCA 31x6x3" intercooler w/ 2.5" inlet/outlet
J-K Tuning P28 ECU and Boomslang conversion harness
RC550 injectors
HP Racing sheet metal intake manifold

Tuning on Crome and it will hopefully be tuned at LSE Performance in Maple Grove, MN.....i'm hoping for around 300whp on a somewhat conservative tune because this is a daily driver and my only car.....

I see no problem with reaching that goal. Is the motor internally stock? Make sure the tuning is great otherwise there could be problems in the motors future.

I didn't know LSE tuned hondas. I just had my car tuned last week by Shane at DB Performance in Rogers, MN. He has been tuning hondas for a long time with great success.

300whp..should be attainable easily...all lies in the tuner...as long as your motor healthy too

i dont remember the exact compression numbers but i think it was close to 215 across the board.....whatever the exact numbers were, they were all the same except cylinder #3 was 1 less, but that might have been user error too....

i called DB Performance and talked to Shane for about 15 min about tuning....he sounds like a good guy. I have a question though....I am tuning my car on the the 10psi spring and only on the 10psi spring, how long should it take to tune for that?

hmmm... without a boost controller I dont think youre going to make 300whp @10#... I'll guess in the neighborhood or around 280whp... just my 2cents yo... good luck with the tuning... tuning can take an hour to god knows how long... later Mike
