Blitz headgasket......8.5:1 CR?

Blitz headgasket......8.5:1 CR?
So I called Blitz and asked them what their 3mm headgasket for the B16 will drop the CR to and they said 8.5:1 Does that sound right? I was checking through the forums here and noticed people saying go with 9.5:1 CR and boost 14 pounds on 93 octane. 14 pounds is exaclty what I am looking to boost but by buying the 3mm HG i will be lowering my CR by one point below the 9.5:1 to 8.5:1. So how much power will I be losing by boosting at 8.5:1@14lbs compared to 9.5:1@14lbs on my B16. Now the bottom end of my motor is completely stock. I need some input from people. Im kinda stuck on buying some things and I wanna get my turbo on!
