bad turbo seal?

my turbo b18c5 smokes on decel (engine braking) only it seems. it seemed to have started after my return line kinked, but no oil on the intake side at all. could it possibly be just exhaust side bad?

It is really rare for that to happen and I don't think so, I think ur oil return line is still not right.
