Eagle or Manley are both good. Can't go wrong either way at your HP
Level.

Can't find reviews for easily one of the most common mid-ranged rods on the market? Uh...

Get Eagles. Call it a day.

I have had eagle rods in my b16 making 321whp for going on 3 year with no issues at all. And I'm not easy on my poor little b16.

Well, you can't be easy to those dinky little things if you want them to do anything worthwhile

Yeah, you have to make it wish it was never born as a b16 before they start doing any real work

After reading reviews between Eagle and Manley ive decided for my goal of 300 to 350 i choose the Manley h beam connecting Rod. I believe that the company Manley is coming out with a new h beam called H beam tuff Rod. I know they have the Turbo tuff I beams. which are double the price. Plus im using stock sleeves 81.5mm bore. What can my B18c take before it cracks a sleeve @81.5mm? I hear 400hp is the limit on stock sleeves for b series.Any recommendations on ball bearing turbos for my motor this will be street driven. Thanks for those who chimed in.

Even the stock rods can handle that power for a long time, unless you constantly rev it high. As long as they're true Eagles from a larger vendor and the big ends spec out, they'll last longer than anything else in the motor.

Instead of going off a whp limit, tony the tiger informed me that the maximum he would reliably push stock sleeves is 300wtq. That means that you actually can make more power if you can get a head and cam combo that will flow the higher rpm without stressing the sleeves more. 300wtq at say, 7000rpm is around 400, but 250 wtq at around 8500rpm is also 400hp

great way to think of it, i know tony knows his ****! makes sense too since tq is produced by cyl pressure and not a derivative of rpm.

300-350 hp like you wanted is probably around 230tq give or take. well below the stock sleeve limit
