ok car is a 95 civic DX the engine is a 95 b18b with a t3 60/63 off of a ford thunderbird.

running ubderdata 1.7 and pushing 8lbs of boost with dsm 450cc injectors.

when driving the car sometimes when comming to a stop the car will stall and then won;t start due to the plugs getting wet and fouling. a/f at idle is 14.7 to 1 normal driving its the same and then in boost drops to 12.0 which is what i try and run all of my cars at. but for some reason anytime this car stalls it fouls the plugs and won't start. we have chaged the plugs 4 times and still have problems. but once you change the new plugs in it starts right up.

wires rotor and cap are all new. coil could be the problem but it ran 100% before the turbo install. a/f is 14.7-15 at idle according to my wideband. i upped the moving idle and added some timing in vac in the 500-1200rpm range.

plugs are NGK ZFR7f-11 these may be wronge but i was looking through some old threads on honda-tech and thats what people recomended. i also saw the ngk BKR7-11s recomended. which would work best. plugs are gapped to .030 any help would be great.

This is sorta off topic, but one thing that Ive noticed with TE is that there isnt any RPM range under 500rpm. Ive tuned 500RPM to about 14.0 AFR and I have the same problem with it just flat out stalling out at that low of an RPM cause I cant lean it out below 500rpm which my motor does go below sometimes when Im in stop and go and I ease the clutch out and dont give it any gas. Try gapping your plugs a lil closer maybe .022-.025 and see if that helps any. The plugs are getting soaked in fuel, see if you can find out whats causing that, maybe high fuel pressure or something...

i bumped the idle rpms up alittle in all 3 settings and in the map before the one i just sent out i had the lowest rpm at 600 so on the new maps i moved it down to 500 thinking that may have been the problem like maybe the engine was droping down right under 600 and it would stall it out or something. switched to some denso plugs running the 11 heat range and the car has run decent with the new map. still need to fine tune the boost maps because the car kept stalling and then we got all this rain.

no problems as of yet with the new map but it was only driven for like 30 mins. the car ran fine from 9am to about 3 and then thats when it died out of the blue. so hopefully this newer map fixed the problems but im still not sold it did. i just need to find out why the car is flooding itself when it stalls.

would switching to an MSD external coil and cap and running a wider gap help?

thanks for the help. ganna turn the fuel cut to 12, and take off the fuel modifires for tomarow. hopefully this will correct everything.

There is one Crome BIN and one Uber BIN. I never had any problems stalling out on my B18b with 450s...so if it still does, its something mechanical...like a leaky injector...
