Default Can Stock Injectors Cause the car to sputter at idle and when throttle is pressed?

Ok before I get blasted, the only reason the stock injectors are in is because I dont have a basemap for my Hondata yet so my RC 440's will not currently run. Here's my current problem.

I have a B18C1 GSR JRSC @ 11psi
Spoon Throttle Body
Sard Fuel Pressure Regulator
STR Fuel Rail
Stock Injectors
Walbro Fuel Pump
Jun P72

I noticed the car was sputtering at idle and when I give it any throttle especially around 2,500rpm. When the car is warmed up completely it still sputters all the same ways, but at low rpm it sputters less and when the car is cruising at a contstant speed it sputters less as well. When you do give it gas, it will start to sputter and then all of a sudden its like the fuel will shoot into the engine making the car jump (if your not careful on the throttle)

I currently do not have any engine codes. I have just changed the cap and rotor. I have changed the spark plugs, the wires are new from October. I am running out of ideas. If the 02 sensor was broken I am sure I would have an engine light. The only thing I can think of is that the injectors are stock.

The car was running fine last week, I drove it out in the rain one day and the 02 sensor light came on, but its because the wires got disconnected. I have since re-connected them all.

I am running out of ideas, the car is getting tuned next week and I want to make sure that this is the problem first.

Anyone got an idea?

how long have you been on the jrsc? you should at least run a fmu or don't boost. i think your jun p72 might be a problem too.

Get a chip and get to a dyno. I'd guess that ecu has some serious timing thrown into it.

the car has only been driving a couple of weeks, the exhaust was only put on the other day so no long distance driving until yesterday, 45 min trip

OK, Found the problem, seemed to be the vacuum line from the throttle body to the by-pass valve on the supercharger, became disconnected causing the car to choke.
