Default another problem

My problem now is that I have a tial w/g with what i belive is a 7 psi spring. I was having boosting problems either spiking or just boosting but no power. So I checked everything, seems to be ok. I decided to take the TXS mbc all the way down (-) as far as it could go and my car still hits the 17 psi Hondata cutoff in every gear. cant figure out why it spikes to 17 psi all the time, then sometimes when it doesnt spike it boosts up fine according to my Nexus gauge, but theres no power....checked all charge pipes and they all seem fine. My car will switch from spike to no power boosting. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Use compressed air to check your pressure line form the turbo. Using a regulator, simulate boost rise to see if there is a wg problem or a MBC problem.
