8psi on a D16a6, DSM 390cc questions.
I was wondering if 390cc DSM injectors would be fine for my setup. I only plan on running 8psi maybe 10psi when the track re-opens and I get some tuning in. But my main thing will I be fine or will i need a AFC to get the injectors working correctly
here is the setup:
92 Hatch
D16a6 SOHC nonvtec
Ported head
Stage3 turbo cam
ported z6 intake manifold
60mm Throttlebody
B&M FPR and Gauge
Denso Iridieum S Plugs
Walbro255 Intake Pump
Vortech 12:1 FMU
Greddy Pipping
HKS BOV
Log Style Manifold w/ HKS T28 flange
HKS Elbo, o2 housing.
Garret T25 Turbo
22x9X3 FMIC

They say 440cc injectors peak at 300whp. and I wanted to play it safe at 8psi daily and 10psi at the track. I'm lookin for the 190-200whp @ 8psi and around 210-215whp @10psi range with some dyno work. I was asking if 390cc injectors from a DSM would be efficiant for my goals and work. (like Idle) without a SAFC or if I need one.

First of all DSM come with 450cc injectors and not 390cc. And yes 450cc injectors are good for up to 13lbs. just make sure you intall that resistor box.

Automatic 1st gens have 390cc injectors, I have them in my car
