The road has to be dead nuts smoothand flat. and you have to have the aero data spot on. Its fine for lower power, lower speed runs, but a high power/speed run, the data has to be super accurate.

Also I think default virtual dyno uses a 1.10 correction factor. I really need to drop mine down to 1.00

I agree with the aero stuff being off at speed.

My fourth gear goes to 156mph, so...

Nice. What ems are you running?

I was thinking of doing flex fuel but s300 isnt too great for it. I have a station with e85 a few blocks away so I figured having dual tunes and just draining between e85 and pump would be fine

Aem v2

Im going to start tuning with e85 sometime next week

Not only blends the map as the sensor sees ethanol but also boost by gear, rpm, speed and tps

Cranking time
Accel fuel

Etc

Gt2860rs, aka disco potato. You need a disco potato for your goals. Its smaller than the 2871 but will spool quicker and meet your power goals

Try finding someone who has a tune with a flex fuel sensor and s300

I couldnt find one

Some one came in another thread saying it does work and trims fuel and ignition but that was about all he said

After looking in the software i only found 1 basic table to trim a fuel percentage for flex fuel but no sensor fail safes or any ignition trims boost trims etc

How big is the turbine whee and housing?

Whats your end whp goal? You always want the fastest spool.

A laggy turbo for no reason is only good for loosing traction because of how the power comes in like a light switch

youll have a better power band with a much smaller turbo

That turbine housing is for like a 1000whp car

Huge turbos are usually found at discounted prices because most honda guys dont want em

Look for a gtx35 those are sweet

the s300 software I have is fuel%/Ethanol% and ignition advance/Ethanol%. I was just seeing if anyone had major issues with the software/hardware interaction. I have the hardware to add on to my s300, just been waiting out the cold. We dont have an e85 station local, but I travel to a close city that has e85. I've been tuning e85 cars for years, so as long as there isnt a communication issue, then it'll be ok.
As I dont have the v3, I have to run a ECA to convert the sensor's digital signal to analog, so the ECA unit itself will be mounted next to the high boost switch.

S300v2 has a digital input, or can that not be used for flex fuel?

Id prefer to have the ECA as a gauge I can directly reference. So I can toggle my high boost as the s300 doesnt have boost table blending with flex fuel yet. My poor stock longblock ls....

So with s300 you either run e10 or full e85?

What happens with cranking fuel when you are in between the two? Or does the s300 account for all other settings when you adjust the fuel modifier and ignition modifier for flex fuel?
